Efforts to Improve Table Tennis Learning Outcomes Through Wall Media in Class XI Informatics Timika Students for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Essay. Timika. Physical Education Study Program. Timika College of Teacher Training and Education. Supervising Lecturer Suprianto, M.Pd, Abdurrauf Abdul Karim, M.Pd November, 2021. Classroom Action Research conducted by Tohaya (2013) on fifth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Jetakkidul. It was concluded that: Learning through the application of modified learning tools can improve learning outcomes to play table tennis in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Jetakkidul, Pekalongan Regency. From the results of the analysis obtained a significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. The results of learning to play table tennis in the first cycle in the complete category were 42.86% the number of students who completed was 9 students. In the second cycle there was an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the complete category of 80.95%, while 15 students completed. This research is classroom action research which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has 4 steps, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The data source of this research is the students of class XI Informatics SMK Harapan Timika for the academic year 2020/2021 totaling 21 students, consisting of 9 male students and 12 female students. Data collection techniques with observation, ability tests, and research on learning outcomes to play table tennis. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive statistic. Based on the results of the study that learning through the application of modified learning tools, can improve table tennis learning outcomes in class XI Informatics SMK Harapan Timika. From the results of the analysis obtained, there was a very significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. Learning outcomes in the first cycle in the complete category were 47.61% and in the second cycle there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the complete category by 85.71%. So it can be concluded that learning forehand serve in table tennis through wall and table media can improve student learning outcomes of XI Informatics SMK Harapan Timikal. From the results of the analysis obtained a significant increase from cycle I and cycle II. Some suggestions, especially for SMK Harapan Timika teachers, are as follows: Teachers should be more innovative in delivering learning materials. Teachers should provide learning to students with simple games but contain material elements, so that students do not get bored in participating in learning. Teachers should provide modifications of learning tools that are simple, efficient, effective, and do not require expensive costs to make them that can be seen or held directly by students, because they can motivate students to always try and repeat continuously.
