In this research, it is important to understand how recreational sports can effectively contribute to the development of motor and emotional skills in early childhood.
This research aims to investigate the various roles of recreational sports in supporting the development of motor skills, as well as to identify the factors that influence children's participation in these activities. The method applied in this research is a literature study, which is used to collect and analyze data from various sources. The data analysis process is carried out by evaluating and analyzing the various information that has been gathered.
The research results indicate that recreational sports habits have a positive impact on enhancing motor and emotional skills in early childhood. In addition, to strengthen the positive contribution of sports to the development of children's emotional and motor skills, it is important to get them accustomed to exercising from an early age and to ensure that they remain emotionally healthy as adults.
This research includes a study and a review of recent literature to support this proposition. This research aims to explore the various roles of recreational sports in supporting the development of motor skills, as well as to identify the factors that influence children's participation in these activities. This study serves as an important resource for understanding how recreational sports can be used to enhance children's motor and emotional skills. The findings indicate that the habit of engaging in recreational sports has a positive impact on improving motor and emotional skills in early childhood. Furthermore, to strengthen the positive contribution of sports to the development of children's emotional regulation and motor skills, it is essential to encourage them to participate in sports from an early age and to ensure that they remain emotionally healthy into adulthood.
