Abstract

Humans basically always want to increase the knowledge and understanding that they have from time to time in order to be able to keep up with the progress of the era through education. Education is a conscious effort to prepare students through guidance, teaching or training activities. Education has a strategic position to improve the quality of human resources by learning. Factors that influence learning are self efficacy and self regulation. Learning that is considered difficult is learning mathematics because it has to solve problems. This study analyzed the effect of self efficacy and self regulation using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the analysis are self efficacy and self regulation of students influence the ability to solve mathematical problems simultaneously or partially. The formed equation is Y = -100 + 0.254 X1 + 0.242X2
