The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries, including Indonesia, has had a major impact on daily activities, including the training patterns of PERSINGA Ngawi soccer players. Efforts to maintain the fitness and body immunity of players, there needs to be another training pattern as a substitute for the physical exercise that has been done in the field. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of High Intensity Interval Training on the fitness and body immunity of PERSINGA Ngawi players. The research subjects were all PERSINGA Ngawi players with a total of 20 people with the division of 10 people applying the 15 minute HIIT exercise pattern and 10 people applying the fitness exercise pattern. The data collection method used in this research is observation. The data analysis technique used the T test. The results of the normality test showed p> 0.05 which means normal distribution. While the results of the T test for the HIIT exercise pattern showed 12.08 results, while the exercise pattern showed 9.52. The results of the comparison between HIIT and Gymnastics training patterns are greater in HIIT training patterns so that there is a significant difference and it is stated that HIIT is more effective than conventional exercise patterns on fitness and body immunity.
