PENINGKATAN VO2MAX DAN HASIL BELAJAR KEBUGARAN JASMANI MENGGUNAAN METODE BLEEP TEST

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengetahui efektifitas metode Bleep Test
dalam pengukuran tingkat kebugaran jasamani. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa, (3)
Memperoleh data hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas,
dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian terdiri atas empat komponen, yaitu perencanaan
tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII AK 1
SMKN 1 Kamal tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Data penelitian ini mencakup; data
pengamatan observer dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, catatan lapangan, data tes hasil VO2Max siswa setelah
pelaksanaan siklus I, dan setelah pelaksanaan II, data rekapitulasi hasil tes VO2Max. Tehnik pengumpulan
data dengan cara observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Bleep Test.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat mening¬kat¬kan pada rata-rata kelas, yaitu nilai sikap terdapat 32 (100%)
siswa sudah tuntas belajar, pada nilai pengetahuan siswa yang sudah tuntas 32 (100%), pada nilai
keterampilan terdapat 26 siswa (81,25%) sudah tuntas belajar, dan 6 siswa (18,75%) yang belum tuntas
belajar secara individu. Prosentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal kelas XII AK SMKN 1 Kamal pada siklus II
adalah 81,25%. Hal ini menunjuk¬kan bahwa pembelajaran secara klasikal telah tuntas.

 

The objectives of this study are: (1)To know the effectiveness of Bleep Test in measuring physical fitness
levels. (2) To know the level of physical fitness of students, (3) To obtain data on student physical fitness
learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, by using qualitative descriptive
method. The research design consists of four components, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting.
The research subjects were students of class XII AK 1 SMK 1 Kamal 2018/2019 academic year with 32
students. The data of this study including classroom observation data in learning activities, field notes, test
data on the results of VO2Max students after the implementation of the first cycle, and after implementation
II, and the recapitulation data of the VO2Max test results. Data were collected by using observation,
interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, Bleep Test was used as research instrument. Based on the
research, there are 32 (100%) students who have accomplished learning and their attitudes, there were 26
students (81, 25%) have finished their learning, and 6 students (18,75%) have not completed individual
learning yet. The percentage of classical passing grade of class XII AK SMK 1 Kamal in the second cycle
was 81.25%. It refers to classical learning was successful.
